Aqua Detox

Aqua Detox is here! Don’t be fooled by the imitators using dangerous hardware. Aqua Detox is the only Detox machine that is Patented, UL & CE approved, has proven its claims and received the European equivalent of the FDA’s approval … a Class 2A Medical Approval. What is Aqua Detox?
Aqua Detox works with a few different principles. The first is that of fluid exchange. Example…. My wife has a nose ring. When it got infected she was told to soak her nose in Warm (body temp) Sea Salt water. After a few minutes your cells recognize the salt water as part of you and starts pushing toxins out and absorbing in the cleaning salt water. This is a therapy that people have used for years. Coal miner’s wives have always prepared Epson salt foot baths for their husbands. Not only does it make your feet feel good it also pulls out toxins. The water in the footbath (or bath) becomes an extension of the water in the body, from which it is separated by nothing more substantial than a thin membrane – the skin.

The second process is that of Electro Ionization. Everything in the world is either positively or negatively charged. After soaking your feet for a minute or two (to open the pores) we turn on the machine which places 2 amps of electricity into the array (the array is the white piece in the middle of the foot bath). Every other minute the array switches from positive to negative placing the ions where the body can take advantage it. This stimulates the body to discharge toxins. (Many of the Detox machines don’t have this feature!)

How should I use it?
What we recommend is that you Detox once every 3 days for 3 sessions. After you Detox your body will continue to release for the next 72 hours. By doing it every 3 days you get a more intense Detox taking advantage of the plateau effect. At your third appointment we decide if you need another appointment in 3 days or move to 7 days for your 4th & 5th session. After that most people keep a maintenance appointment every 1- 4 weeks depending on how you feel and other environmental factors. People like to do it before they travel to prevent sickness or if they are sick to help get better. Use your body as a judge, when you feel you need it come back in. Every year you should do another 3 session Detox to fight the pollution and junk we take in daily.

Does it hurt?
During the Detox footbath most people don’t feel anything. About 2% feel a light tingle on their feet, nothing painful or uncomfortable. Many patients sleep, meditate, read or just relax without any issues. It is 100% safe!

What are the benefits?
Every person is different and the results for each person will be different. That said we have had great results with a wide range of people and illnesses. We can’t claim in the USA that it does anything as of yet we haven’t applied for FDA approval as it would cause the patient to get a Doctors prescrition.
The first thing and most remarkable thing people claim is that they have more energy. Some feel it before they leave the office; some don’t feel it until the next day but all say they have a feeling of energy & clarity. Other responses include better sleep, clearing of complexion, female hair loss stopping, less joint pain, migraine & headache relief, helping quitting smoking, helping with weight loss, increased immunity, reducing Jetlag, stopping the cold or flu and a number of other things. Many of these results are doubled when used with other therapies like Massage, Acupuncture, Hypnotherapy, or traditional Western Medicine.

I have a pretty bad case of Psoriatic Rheumatoid Arthritis. I take a drug called Methotrexate which causes me nausea for 2-3 days a week. (Methotrexate is a chemotherapy drug.) Since I have started the Aqua Detox a number of my rheumatoid symptoms & the drug side effects have been much better. I also take prednisone which cause bloating, anxiety, sweating & other fun things. Once again the Aqua Detox helps me with those symptoms.

Is this a scam?
No it’s not! While you may find articles by the Dr. Stephen Barrett calling Aqua Detox a fraud, don’t believe what you read. Dr. Barrett is a shill for Doctors (AMA) who want to make sure people don’t take health into their own hands. He is actually paid to call good therapies a fraud. Dr. Barrett lied about his credentials; he is not Medical Board Certified nor does he have a clinical research background to make any statements. He is the same “quackpot” that says Chiropractic care is a fraud. Here is the proof

That said every machine is not equal and you should make sure that whoever you use has a safe machine with all the approvals that the Aqua Detox has.
If your feet weren’t in the water the Detox would only produce a very light tea color. This is from the oxidization process causing rust. The results pictured on our site are about 100 times uglier then if feet weren’t in the water.

What do the colors of the water mean?
Many people on the web have tried to correlate the post Detox water color to afflictions in the body. While this is fun I personally don’t see any correlation. The only color that has proven itself to me is a bright reddish orange. This color has something to do with cigarettes either smoked personally or second hand. The rest of it doesn’t seem to make sense with the color charts. Another great way to know its works is from smell. We have smelled everything from chlorine & yeast to chemicals & a really rank swamp smell.

What should I expect?
Upon arriving to Ascension Wellness Center & Day Spa you will be greeted with comfy slippers, Detox Tea, & spring water. We will take you to the Detox room where we will put your feet in the water and let you soak for a moment to open up your feet’s pores. We then start the machine and you can relax for 30 minutes. After the session we rinse and wipe your feet. We then do a soothing oil application with a specialized Organic Nectarine Oil fortified with vitamins A, D, & E. We also use an aromatherapy Detox blend to help protect your feet and continue your Detox effect.
