Sonia has mostly focused on injury treatment & made a reputation as the go to person for serious injuries. She works mostly with Insurance patients & referrals from Doctors & Chiropractors. Many people expecting surgery have been healed with Sonia’s massage. She also does all the contact with your insurance agency including billing making your healing less stressful. Sonia also specializes in auto injuries & is an L&I, Personal Injury, MVA, & Health Insurance provider.
She uses deep tissue bodywork combined with Shiatsu pressure points to release chronic pain and holding patterns. Her goal is to positively affect your body so you leave the session transformed, while providing a space that is comfortable, restful and healing.
Her experience of bodywork allows her to supplement treatments with practical advice on posture, exercise & other self-help techniques to maximize the benefit of the massage.
